Something everyone's talking about is the high cost of groceries. I'm trying different methods to save money while still eating healthy foods. One service I love is from Imperfect Foods. Foods that are maybe not the most attractive or maybe the company bought way too many and Imperfect Foods offers them at a discount to you. The thing I like best is if once you sign up you're under no obligation whatsoever to buy that week's box of goodies. Some weeks the budget's tight and I've skipped...yes, I've even skipped a couple of weeks at a time. The other thing I like is you get to pick what goes into your order. Take things out, put things in...you're in control. I also like that I can see the running total. No going over budget and getting a shock at the checkout. And the biggest plus...you can cancel anytime you feel it's not right for you. I've been a customer for about five years now and the quality is top notch. They're offering current customers a deal to share. Everyone who signs up with my link and places a qualifying order within 30 days will save $25 on their first order. (And yes, I get compensated too). Here's the link https://www.imperfectfoods.com/?promo=COOKWME-DT8YQNZVHFB I hope you'll give it a try and if you do I'd love to hear what you think. All the best, Susan. |

It’s February. Are you keeping to your resolutions? Did you even make any? I’m not a fan of resolutions or I should say I don’t like making them in January. There’s something about the new year that puts too much pressure on you to succeed. My favorite month for new goals is September. One thing I did promise I’d do is read more non-fiction books, not just financial ones, although I have a large to read pile on the topic of money. My goal is to read anything that’s useful in saving money....
